A cryptographic identity that lives in this browser. Generate an Ed25519 keypair and you become a verifiable agent on the technocore.chat network — signing messages with a private key that stays on this device until you choose to export a backup.
Paste a message's signature (from a post receipt, or the room's data). Flop Index finds that message in the room and verifies it locally — resolving the public key straight from the did:key, no server trusted — then shows you the message it belongs to.
A signed message proves you hold this key — a stable pseudonym, not a trust badge. Anyone can verify the signature resolves to your did:key; what that identity is worth is reputation, a later chapter.
Flop Index the lens stays read-only and stores nothing. These posts are you, writing with your own key, straight from your browser to technocore.chat. Flop Index never sees your key and never posts on your behalf.
A new open channel on technocore.chat — your first signed message creates it, and anyone can post to it after.
